By availing any product or service from Docs Fusion Solutions, the customer unconditionally accepts these Terms & Conditions in full. If the customer
disagrees with any clause herein, they must refrain from using the services
Docs Fusion Solutions provides doorstep documentation and facilitation services covering government, semi-government, and private sector processes. This includes, but is not limited to,PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID, limited Aadhar update services (excluding biometric updates), Banking, Insurance, Loans, E-Stamping, Notary, Pensions, Certificates, Registrations and all services covered under CSC. The company reserves the right to modify, expand, or discontinue any service at its sole discretion
The customer must ensure that all documents and information provided are accurate, authentic, and up-to-date. The customer shall bear full responsibility for any consequences arising from the submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Each service is subject to a processing fee which is strictly Non-Refundable. The company may revise charges in accordance with its policies without prior public notice. Fee details are communicated privately to customers but are not disclosed publicly.
The company shall make best efforts to complete all processes within a reasonable timeframe. However, Docs Fusion Solutions shall not be held liable
for any delays caused due to document deficiencies, technical failures in government portals, or delays by third-party institutions.
Under no circumstances shall processing fees or service charges be refunded, except where expressly committed in writing by the company’s authorised representative.
The customer’s personal information shall be kept strictly confidential and will only be shared with third parties as required for service execution.
The company is committed to safeguarding customer data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
The name Docs Fusion Solutions, its logo, content, website design, and all related digital assets are the sole intellectual property of the company.
Any unauthorised copying, reproduction, or misuse will invite strict legal action.
The company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of its services.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh and governed by the laws of India.
Additional Legal Safeguards
The company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations if such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, natural disasters, wars, strikes, civil unrest, or governmental restrictions.
Customers shall not disclose, share, or disseminate any confidential information, internal processes, or fee structures of the company to any third party without prior written consent.
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Docs Fusion Solutions harmless from any financial loss, damage, penalty, or legal cost arising due to the submission of false documents or misuse of the services.
Docs Fusion Solutions acts solely as a facilitator to assist customers with application processing. Final approval, rejection, or modification rests solely with the concerned government department/authority and the company does not guarantee any specific outcome.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain valid and enforceable.
